Russian Roulette
Several months ago I was contacted by an American friend who
suggested I get in touch with a group of people from the Ukraine
who were offering information on UFOs and covert operations, both
in their own area and in Russia. I admit I was very skeptical, as
was my friend, who has no interest in the subject. However, he
had just returned from the Ukraine and knew the people concerned,
which in essence was a good enough reason to see what they had to
say. Since then I have received several e-mails from the group,
mostly from Viktor Oleksandrovich Sedletsky, asking me to publish
their material. Unfortunately, the translation is not very good
and my knowledge of their language is nil.
No offense meant to Sedletsky or his colleagues, but one needs to
be suspicious of this kind of information. In recent years
several Russian and Ukraine military personnel have been offering
documents allegedly pertaining to their country's involvement in
the UFO agenda. But with the poor state of affairs in these
countries, and with little or no money to pay their generals,
some of these military men have been suspected of selling fake
documents in order to make a quick dollar. With this in mind, I
cannot vouch for the following information because I have not had
the time or opportunity to research these amazing claims.
Nevertheless, we must not throw this to the wind.
If these claims are genuine then there may be evidence of an
actual UFO on Ukraine territory. These people are apparently
government officials and are connected to the Ukraine military.
My American friend, a businessman who has visited the area, has
vouched for their identities. They seem well informed and have
offered several names and locations to back up, what they say is
factual. In some of their correspondence they go into great
detail about UFOs.
One such object was supposed to have been found in an underground
facility in the town of Lubich. The UFO was discovered before
World War II by workers of the Committee for State Safety. The
craft, which was large and made of unknown material, was later
transferred to a cavern in Kievo-Pecherskaya Lavra. I am assured
that Leonid G. Kosakovsky, the former Chairman of Kiev, who
represented the President of Ukraine, and who is now the present
deputy of the supreme Body of Ukraine, took President Bill
Clinton to see the object when he visited the area in the early
nineties. I am also told that there have been recent sightings of
these objects which disappear into caverns near Lubich and
Berdichev.
In 1990 excavations were carried out underneath a property in the
village of Sergeevka near Vinnitsa. The excavators inform me that
they found an alien object in a building on what they call
"Level Nine". Preliminary analyses of the object was
carried out in the Gemma Research Institute in Vinnitsa and the
Institute of Applied Optical Radioelectronics in Jeatomir. They
discovered that it was in the form of a hologram and its interior
was of a binary stuffing. The Ukraine research was also supported
by the Vimpel Institute in Moscow, Russia.
The reasons the Ukraine's are offering this information is
unclear, but it appears to be through disappointment at the way
their government are running things. There also seems to be
serious concern over a covert agenda concerning Russia, which
involves some form of biologically active generator that produces
tiny pulses in a certain frequency range. Based on the poor
translation I have no better way of explaining the latter without
possibly making a gross error.
This is all very interesting, but there's more....
The Ukraine's tell us that there is an urgency to protect the
planet and ask us to form a joint organization with them,
pointing out a necessity to participate in the Third European
State Conference, (June, 1999, London. " Heath of a Planet
"). They warn of abnormal energies in the Bermuda Triangle
and Chernobyl's Pyramid and accuse the President of Ukraine, K
Leonida D. Kuchma of concealing the truth behind the disaster of
April 25, 1986, which occurred on the fourth block of the
Chernobyl nuclear station. They say the explosion has caused
simultaneous saturation of the atmosphere of our planet.
If you think this is all so unreal, remember the Russian
scientist Lev Termen? In a paper by Paul Stonehill, Director of
the Russian Ufology Research Center; he writes that during the
1960s Termen was asked to head a UFO research laboratory, a
secret facility designed and built for the study of flying
saucers apparently captured by the Soviets. Termen refused the
position because he had no belief in UFOs. Stonehill also
features the rocket scientist Sergei Korolyov, who actually
believed in the existence of ET. In his memoirs Korolyov briefly
mentions "a mysterious laboratory for the study of flying
saucers".
